Be Fit in 2014

It is 2014.

I will keep saying it over and over, only because I can’t believe it.  When they say time flies, they aren’t kidding.  This my friend is your year to finally get healthy.  And I am so excited for you!  You have been putting it off for long enough.  You have given it a ‘try’ too many times, it is now time to really put all your faith in someone who has been there and done that and can truly guide you down the right path.  I have been on a health roller coaster since I got out of high school 14 years ago…and I have slowly hit a point in my life where I get ‘it’…I understand ‘it’.  I know how to get the results I want without abusing the diet system, or my body, and I want to share everything I know with you, so you don’t have to have any hiccups of your own.  I love my body, I love how I feel, I love the energy and positivity that naturally flows from my being.  I not only want to share everything I know with you, but I insist that everything I teach you, you must teach someone else.  My goal is to revolutionize the world and in order to do that, I need your help.  I can’t do it on my own.  I promise to share everything little thing I know, as long as your promise to share it with someone else.  *pinkie promise

Step one is…and always will be, to get more ‘greens’ into your body.  Now I don’t know about you, but I gringe when I think of salad after salad after salad.  But I say NO MORE!  By now we have all ‘heard’ of the Green Smoothie Revolution, whether or not you have actually tried one of these concoctions shows just how experimintal and open minded you actually are… I have been drinking my greens for almost 7 years now.  Let me show you an AMAZING, DELICIOUS way to get more greens into your diet without the boring green leaves staring up at you.  I have a video, well a couple of videos.  Showing you exactly how a green smoothie is put together and made.  These recipes are amazing.  I suggest you pull out a pen and paper in order to write down the ingredients before you press play.  Don’t forget to subscribe to my blog and channel for constant updates on health and fitness.  I am here for you!  Watch the super short videos below!  Feel free to Comment and Like  (it’s good for my confidence).

    Your videos are awesome. Who does them?
    I love the format you do and the recipes. I have lost 70 pounds by eating healthier: more veggies and fresh fruit, drinking more water, avoiding refined sugar and greasy fats.
    I found you on WordPress because you liked a number of my posts and newsletters I created there…so, as always, I always read the works of my followers.
    I am impressed with the format and message you are giving people of all ages from a diet standpoint & motivational standpoint.

      Thank you for all that! Gave me a BIG smile today! I do the best I can. Try to make time to give myself a platform to teach others what I know. I believe we all have something inspirational to share. My inspiration is health and wellness…so that is what I do!

      I do my own videos…lot so of editing! LOL. I am learning as I go!

  3. I am writing this on my Android smartphone typing with one thumb because my left arm/fingers are in a fiberglass stint with a brace. (I hopefully will get it off soon and have both hands to live life with. Pray I will be typing my 80 wpm again, cooking and playing piano soon.)

    You give a message that is positive and needed.

    I am still “carving my curves” as we speak.

    I really love this post – always good to hear something inspiring when the nee year begins. By now, we may be three months in, but I am anyway going to try one of the smoothies soon.
    So great to find a blog that focuses on both nutrition and fitness equally – there are closely linked, aren’t they? Keep going!

      Thanks! Getting healthy is a constant thought process, especially in the beginnning. Let me know when you try one of those smoothies! They are great! My son and I are drinking a banana, almond milk, cinnamon, and a date on right now! So delicious! So healthy!

      Agree! Health is both what you eat AND what you do! I am just putting my two cents out there…we all have a passion, and as long as we do our best to put out all we know into our world…that is a GOOD START!
